Here's how it works:
a) First Contact
We meet your HR/training department to understand your objectives
b) Free Language assessment
We conduct a language audit to assess English proficiency
of your staff and make a record that will be referred to while
organizing the classes and assessing the teaching result.
c) Signing the Agreement
We give you a training proposal, outlining the costs, schedule,
group size, textbook, trainer, time, place of training, etc.
d) The training begins
Often, Chinese staffs lack the confidence to speak up or offer
information in meetings and discussions. Our classes are designed
to tackle this problem. The format is similar to that of an
MBA: lots of discussion, problem-solving, and communication
activities that build learners confidence and fluency, while
cycling, and re-cycling the language and vocabulary of business.
e) Supervision and feedback
The training center will supervise the whole process so as
to ensure the quality of the training. And it is responsible
to change teachers provided that the company is dissatisfied
with the carrying-on of the training.
f) Class Evaluation?
There'll be a test by the end of the training period and the
results will be delivered to the company for reference.
g) Salon activities
We provide weekly saloon activities for students so that they'll
have more chance to practice.
